Change for Love is a budding non-profit based in Boise, ID founded by Daniel Thomas in 2018.
Daniel's experience serving on Skid Row in Los Angeles stirred his heart to advocate for those living on the streets in Boise. He began filling a practical need by handing out water bottles on hot days and reminding those on the streets that they are not forgotten.
As Daniel's vision grew, Change for Love was born. Today, Change for Love's team of volunteers flood the streets of Downtown Boise monthly, bringing toiletries, food, clothing, and other items to those without a home. Change for Love continues to foster genuine relationships with people in their own environment by showing love and support with no strings attached.

Onur graduated from the Translation and Interpreting Studies Department of Boğaziçi University in 2019. After working as a freelance translator at El Turco for a year and mastering his translation skills in the subject of UI translation, he became a full-time reviewer at El Turco and worked as the internal lead linguist for a major client. Having recently become the Turkish Quality Lead, Onur will share his experiences about the translation of UI strings.
Aslıhan is a Ninja from the 2021 Masterclass. The same year, she graduated from the English T&I Department of Hacettepe University as a valedictorian and completed her American Studies minor. She worked as a freelancer between 2019-2021. Since 2021, she has been working as a project coordinator and has learned much from the PMO & the quality management team. While resisting the urge to play video games during work hours, she manages pretty much everything necessary to run the game localization department. Aslıhan will help you unlock new mission clues and map areas to investigate your mission in game localization projects further. Ezgi has worked as a freelance translator for the past nine years. As an ex-goth secretly enjoying birds and flowers, she has always liked poems and puns in an explicit way. When she started to transcreate content for tech and retail giants, she finally felt like she could purposefully manifest her little obsession: finding the right words. She will be your guide while exploring the wonders of transcreation and marketing language.
Cemre believes, “What does not kill you makes you a Project Manager.” Born in 2017 @El Turco, Cemre has experienced different localization stages, from being a freelance translator to becoming the PM Team Lead. Currently, while being responsible for some of the top clients, she’s also holding the project management team together by always being there to help them when needed. Cemre will be there for you, too, during our intensive project management courses!

This is a 5-day long intensive program where a small group of senior translation students hear and learn from seasoned experts. The sessions cover all aspects of localization, from file engineering to LQE standards. Apart from the theoretical classes, ninja candidates participate in beginner-level translation and project management workshops.
